Confederations Cup Ticket Information

Ticket sales for the Fifa Confederations Cup South Africa 2009 will take place during two sales phases.

Initial Sales Phase:
23rd November 2008 to 31st March 2009
Ticket applications submitted during this stage will be processed, subject to availability, on a first come first served basis - in the order of receipt.

Last Minute Sales Phase:
1st April 2009 to 28th June 2009
Applications for tickets will again be processed on a first come first served basis, however Ticket transactions will be conducted immediately at the point of sale.
 
South African residents who do not have access to the internet can apply for Fifa Confederations Cup South Africa 2009 tickets in this way:

Fifa Confederations Cup South Africa 2009 Ticket Application Forms are available from all First National Bank (FNB) branches.  Complete the Ticket Application Form and detach the Ticket Purchase Card.  

Once completed you can return your Ticket Application Form to a FNB branch, where all forms will be collected and checked by FNB for processing.  

Alternatively, you can post or fax the Ticket Application Form directly to the 2010 Fifa World Cup™ Ticketing Centre.

Tickets for the confederations cup will go on sale on the day of the draw on 22 November 2008 and prices for the tickets will start from R70 upwards.
All tickets available for purchase by residents of South Africa are payable in South African Rands (ZAR).
There are two types of ticket products available for the Fifa Confederations Cup South Africa 2009:

- Tickets: these are Tickets to an individual match.

- Venue Specific Tickets or VSTs: these are tickets based on matches to be played in a specific Fifa Confederations Cup Venue.

There are 4 categories of general public ticket available. The most expensive category is category 1 and the least expensive is category 4.  Category 4 is exclusively available to South African residents.
