3.6 Notification Methods

• All successful ticket applicants who apply or tickets via the paper Ticket ApplicatioForm and who provide a mobile/cell phone number or e-mail address will receive aconfirmation message by SMS or e-mail indicating the tickets that they have beenallocated and the amount of money drawn from their FNB Visa Official Mascot PrepaidCard. All unsuccessful ticket applicants who provide a mobile/cell phone numberor e-mail address will also receive an SMS or e-mail indicating that they have beenunsuccessful in their ticket application.

• All ticket applicants who apply for tickets via the paper Ticket Application Form who do not provide a mobile/cell phone number or e-mail address will be able to call a ticketinginteractive voice response phone number to obtain the status of their ticket application.

• All successful ticket applicants who apply for tickets via the FIFA.com process willreceive a confirmation message by e-mail advising them of the tickets that they havebeen successfully awarded. All unsuccessful ticket applicants will also receive ane-mail advising them that they have been unsuccessful in their ticket application.

• No notification will be provided to TST customers in the event their team does not qualify.
