3.1 Ticket Application Procedure

There are two sales channels through which members of the general public may apply for tickets directly to FIFA:
1) via the internet (www.FIFA.com)
2) via a paper Ticket Application Form.

www.FIFA.com:

  • Ticket applicants are first invited to join the FIFA Club on www.FIFA.com (registration is free with no commercial implications).
  • Once registered, ticket applicants may then submit a ticket application.
  • Under certain circumstances, successful ticket applicants may be asked to return to www.FIFA.com to confirm their payment details.
  • Successful ticket applicants will then collect their tickets from any one of the FIFA Venue Ticketing Centres in South Africa, using the payment card registered in their account. The FIFA Venue Ticketing Centres shall be open and ready for ticket collections in April 2010.
