Greenpoint Stadium, Cape Town

The major rebuilding of Cape Town's Greenpoint Stadium began recently, with Cape Town Mayor Helen Zille and Western Cape Premier Ebrahim Rasool turning the first sod.

The stadium is to host eight 2010 FIFA World Cup™ matches, including a semifinal.
